400M - 50.1,  800M - 1:55, 1500M - 4:07, Mile - 4:24, 5K - 16:59, 1/2 Marathon - 1:30, Marathon (STG) - 3:52.36

I ran competitively from Jr. High to Jr. College, but have taken a 10 year hiatus due to a couple of knee surgeries and laziness. I'm happy to be back running and hope to get back into pre-surgery form someday!

Short-Term Running Goals:

Comlete several 5k, 10k, and a couple of 1/2 marathons

Complete the St. George Marathon (done - 2008)

Have fun - as much as possible - and get healthier

Lose 10 - 15 lbs.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Qualify for the Boston Marathon

Run several marathons including the NY, Chicago, and a few others

Compete in the Wasatch Back

Compete in Hood to Coast

Maintain lifelong health and fitness

Back from the dead? Not really, just getting back to blogging.... Didn't run last night due to knees hurting; (I blame the storm). I need to get out and run 5 or 6 tonight so we'll see. St. George will not be a pretty one, but I'll finish! Speaking of......does anyone know of a house, condo, rental, basement, extra room, etc. for marathon weekend? Our plans fell through and we're scrambling to find something quick!! Anyone out there in blog land? Any help would be appreciated!!

Do I remember you?? You are funny. Of course I do (I might have forgotten Jon, though....kidding, just do not talk much since he got married! I think he is gonna turn into a biker!!!)

No worries about the race, just finish it, right???

Do you need something for the entire family? You might be able to find somewhere cheap in Hurricane, that is where we stayed last year and it was perfect. We were just right off the freeway so it was plenty close enough (like less than 15 minutes).

We are mooching off of our neighbors for Friday night and then headed to Mesquite for Saturday night. Wish I could help!!!
