Biked to and from the park to play tennis with family while the kiddies played on the playground. Groin not working very well, but the bike doesn't seem to bother it much. Trying to do minimal workouts while still healing...... | Comments(1) |

| | Finally felt good running......well, after the first mile or so. Groin still bothering a bit and the knee didn't feel so hot at the 3 mile mark, but.......drumroll........ 30:27 for 4 miles - ave. pace: 7:35 so I felt good about it. Hooray! Maybe I'm on the mend!! | Comments(10) |

Did a huge loop out towards the canyon then back towards Provo back up state st. to home..... WHEW!! A couple of miles felt great, a few others were terrrrrrible, big hill at about mile 6 or so that felt like I was running backwards. I had to stop at mile 8 to walk, but overall, felt like I did good considering everything. Doctor's office called and said they have a cancellation on Monday @ the pulmonologist......we'll see what happens. Oh, does mowing the lawn count for mileage?....... I wore my Garmin and it was about 1.5 miles...... good to know...... but, probably just for fun!! :) | Comments(3) |
