What the heck?!? Why are you running so fast? Are you trying to win a race??

GREAT JOB!!! I am glad you are feeling well, and it shows with that pace. WOW.

From huans32 on Thu, Sep 04, 2008 at 15:56:40

Nice job. And that was with a mile warmup. Keep it up man.

From Scooby on Thu, Sep 04, 2008 at 16:04:56

why yes Kelli, I was actually trying to beat your payson 10K pace......NOT! No, it was nice to feel good and just go with it ya know? (very rare lately, so I'll take it!!) Why can't running feel this good every time???!!! :P We'll see about tonight and tomorrow......

From marion on Thu, Sep 04, 2008 at 16:32:40

Nice run! You are almost twice as fast as I am :D WAY TO GO!!!! I am glad that you are feeling better!

From Scooby on Thu, Sep 04, 2008 at 17:56:08

twice as fast?? I don't think so!! But thanks, it did feel good....we'll see how long it lasts.... Did you get my name from my mini-novel??

From marion on Thu, Sep 04, 2008 at 18:15:51

Yes, JARED!! I know who you are!!! and how your house is decorated! It just cracks me up, because every morning while I blog, my boys scream to watch Scooby Doo movies and cartoons!

seriously, you are nearly as fast as I am on my slow days! My only goal in the 5k on Monday was to not have MichelleL beat me in the 10k.

From Kelli on Fri, Sep 05, 2008 at 13:30:09

Okay, you can beat me in running. I am okay with it. I am a confident woman and have no issues at all whatsoever with being beat.

Now, for the serious stuff. How is your "lose 10-15 pounds" goal going. I just want you to know that I have lost weight!!! FINALLY. I only 7 pounds to go of my 10. And, I am eating treats when I want them (just not the whole bag of oreos, mind you).

Okay, Scoob, it has been about a week with no report!! This is liking running with my asthmatic husband---if he gets to far behind I worry that he is in trouble and have to wait for him?

How ya doin'?
