Running Accomplishments:

400M - 50.1,  800M - 1:55, 1500M - 4:07, Mile - 4:24, 5K - 16:59, 1/2 Marathon - 1:30, Marathon (STG) - 3:52.36

I ran competitively from Jr. High to Jr. College, but have taken a 10 year hiatus due to a couple of knee surgeries and laziness. I'm happy to be back running and hope to get back into pre-surgery form someday!

Short-Term Running Goals:

Comlete several 5k, 10k, and a couple of 1/2 marathons

Complete the St. George Marathon (done - 2008)

Have fun - as much as possible - and get healthier

Lose 10 - 15 lbs.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Qualify for the Boston Marathon

Run several marathons including the NY, Chicago, and a few others

Compete in the Wasatch Back

Compete in Hood to Coast

Maintain lifelong health and fitness

If you were lunging and squatting while you watched. Or were you just exercising your popcorn arm? As long as you made sure to do both arms evenly...yeah, that works!
